This will be based on their professional opinion once they have had an opportunity to understand your treatment needs and goals. In many circumstances it can be difficult to predict a person's response to treatment and therefore the number of sessions they may require. Your practitioner will discuss this with you prior to commencing any physical therapy treatment.

Additionally, please refrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours before or after the treatment, and avoid engaging in strenuous physical activity or over stimulation during this period. Please arrive freshly showered for your therapy, wearing loose or comfortable clothing. It is recommended to bring a headscarf or hat to cover your head when leaving, as oil may be applied to your head during the treatment and exposure to cold air may cause discomfort.
