About me

For more than a decade, I have been dedicated to practicing Ayurvedic medicine, accumulating a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field. My journey into the world of Ayurveda actually began with a deep fascination for indigenous medicine, which I first encountered many years ago. Initially, I worked as an holistic therapist, and later, I formalised my training to become a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner, specialising in womens' issues. My professional experience is characterized by its diversity and breadth, with a background that includes working in private healthcare clinics, as well as other settings that have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both medical and Ayurvedic principles.

My professional development is an ongoing pursuit, as I continually seek to expand my knowledge in the realms of medicine, science, and spirituality. This commitment to lifelong learning has enabled me to stay at the forefront of Ayurvedic practice and share my expertise with a wider audience. My writings have been featured in esteemed international health publications, further solidifying my position as a respected voice in the field.

At the heart of my practice lies a profound ethos: to empower individuals to achieve optimal mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, in addition to addressing physical health concerns. By applying the universal principles of Ayurveda, I strive to bring healing and balance to each individual, recognising that every person's journey towards wellness is unique. My belief in the transformative power of this holistic science is unwavering, and I am dedicated to guiding others in discovering the right path towards a healthy, long, and fulfilling life. With compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of the human experience, I am honoured to support individuals in their quest for holistic wellness.
