Terms & Conditions

Privacy & Data Policy

We do not disclose, give or store any personal information about our clients without prior consent, unless required by law enforcement for statue. We collect no information about you when visiting our site unless you choose to provide us with that information.

Access to medical file sharing with other medical providers is on the basis of client consent only. If you do provide us information pertaining to yourself we will only hold that information for as long as is required to fulfil the stated purpose of communication, treatment or legal record purposes. It is your legal right to request access to data held.

Appointments

Please be mindful of the practitioner’s schedule, as appointments are booked in specific time slots and often run consecutively. Fees are charged accordingly, and any additional time (if available) beyond your scheduled appointment may incur an extra charge.

As we operate in a multi-disciplinary clinic without a receptionist, phone calls may not always be answered immediately. If you are unable to get through, please leave a voicemail with your details, or contact us via WhatsApp for the quickest response.

Payment & Refund Policy

We operate a 24hr cancellation policy. Any cancellations, no shows or reschedules out of this time frame will incur a cancellation charge. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so via the link in your booking email or by telephoning or messaging us within the cancellation notice period.

Gentlemens Policy

We offer home visits within a 20-mile radius. All male clients requesting home visits must have first visited the clinic in person and provided a reference from an existing female client of this practice or a professional therapy establishment. Bookings without the required information will be cancelled, and appointments are confirmed only once a satisfactory reference is received.

Parking & Entry

We are the first building on the right as you enter the site, with free on-site parking available behind the building or in designated visitor spaces at the front. Please do not park in other bays. To enter, dial your provided room number and press Call to be buzzed in. We are on the first floor. Please arrive on time; if you arrive early, kindly wait in your car as there is no waiting area.

Therapy/Massage Treatments

An initial consultation is recommended before booking a therapy massage treatment to assess your needs.

Please arrive freshly showered, in loose clothing, bring a head covering, and complete the Therapy Massage Consent Form (link in your booking email) upon booking your appointment. Please bring your own water bottle or refreshments.

Mobile Phones

We request that you please turn off your mobile phone when entering the therapy room or leave it in your vehicle.

On-site Cafe

There is an on-site cafe in the adjacent building (Corner Lounge Cafe) which is open from 8.30 - 2.30pm Mon-Fri.

Medical Information

Please complete and sign the Medical Information Form when booking an Initial Consultation. For chronic conditions or if you take multiple medications, we request recent medical reports (including blood tests from the past 3 months, diagnoses, or hospital reports). These can be emailed to PEMAEDS@protonmail.com or brought as paper copies to your first appointment. If reports are not available, your consultation can still proceed, though additional information may be required if stronger or more specialised treatment is needed.

Disclaimer

We cannot legally claim any cure through Ayurvedic treatment. In some cases, particularly with chronic conditions, treatment may focus on managing the condition rather than achieving a complete cure. This will be discussed with you during your initial consultation or, where appropriate, during a telephone enquiry.

Any advice provided is offered solely from an Ayurvedic perspective and is not intended to replace standard pharmaceutical treatment. Under no circumstances do we advise discontinuing or altering any existing Allopathic medication without first consulting your General Practitioner (GP). Ayurvedic medicines are not intended to be a direct substitute for prescribed medications. It is the patient’s responsibility to consult their GP before making any enquiries or decisions regarding the reduction or cessation of Allopathic medication.
