Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are taken online when booking or in person on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, credit cards & Apple Pay. Specialist treatments and packages require a non-refundable deposit payment upon booking with advance booking notice of 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. We require you to notify us of any changes, reschedules or cancellations a minimum of 24hrs ahead of your appointment time. Any notifications outside this minimum period will incur a cancellation charge in full.

All treatment plans or packages are subject to a 14-day cooling off period with full refund. Plan payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced or after the cooling off period has expired. All plans should commenced within 21 days. All follow up sessions need to be taken within the specific plan time period.

Do you offer therapies for male clients?

Unfortunately we are NOT able to accommodate male clients.

Do you provide mobile services?

Yes, we do offer home visits within a 15 mile radius. You will need a space large enough to fit a therapy couch and well as non-carpeting flooring or plastic sheeting. We only attend to ground floor premises due to carrying heavy equipment.

Do you have shower facilities ?
Yes, we have a shower facility on site.
Can I just book a therapy treatment ?
Yes, we have an online booking system. Please complete our new client intake form upon booking if you are coming to us for the first time. Alternatively you may telephone us to book in.
How do I prepare for my therapy massage?

Please prepare by being freshly showered for your treatment. You will be provided with disposable spa briefs for your massage treatment. Please refrain from eating an hour before your treatment.

What is the advice for post-therapy treatment?

Please keep yourself hydrated with plenty of fluids and do not consume alcohol for at least 24hours. Please refrain from any strenuous activity or heavy social activity, workload or extensive travelling the same day. For some specialist treatments like Shirodhara, driving or operating machinery afterwards is not advised.

Do you offer Panchakarma?

Panchakarma is normally carried out when a disease has become chronic and more difficult to treat. The procedure is known for revitilisaton of cells, tissues and organ systems. We do not offer full panchakarma procedures due to UK legislation, however we do offer Panchakarma therapies and mini detox programs.

How much do the bespoke treatment plans cost?

The cost varies depending on the level, inclusion and duration of treatment required for an individual. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Treatment can vary in intensity and duration according to Ayurvedic diagnosis. Please contact us to enquire about specific treatment plans or book an Assessment.

Can Ayurveda be used along with Allopathy ?

Ayurveda is an extremely well established and developed medical science which works well with good success when adhered to correctly. It is primarily a preventative and complimentary medicine. It is very helpful in treating existing problems alongside Allopathy.

Do your Ayurvedic herbs and formulas contain heavy metals?

The majority of our herbal medicine formulas do not contain heavy metals or 'healing' metals. These ingredients are only used for chronic stage diseases because they are very effective at treating at these levels. If we think you would require treatment at this level then formula options would be discussed with you.

Pet Disclaimer
Our clinic is operated from our home which is also a household with cats. Therefore this is NOT a pet-free environment. Please do not book if you are likely to suffer from an allergy. As an alternative option, please consider requesting a home visit.

Ayurvedic Herbs, Formulas and Medicines

There is no definition of the legislation as to what constitutes a practitioner of traditional herbal medicines It is recommended in accordance with UK legislation that all herbal supplements and oils only be used as prescriptions following consultations and are not sold separately. This is in accordance with the UK legislative provisions for herbal medicines. Herbal medicines are exempt from licencing requirements providing they are supplied subsequent to private, personal consultation and provided they are produced to traditional standard non-industrial methods. No written claims may be made for the use of these remedies.

All the plants and herbs used in the preparation of Ayurvedic herbal supplements, medicines and oils are sourced from the Indian subcontinent and prepared in Sri Lanka by a trusted laboratory. The constituent element for each supplement, medicine or oil are traceable by the producer to its original source. The plants and herbs are subject to a strict ecological standard regarding methods of cultivation and harvesting which takes into account the environmental effect of production of supplements for medicinal use. The plants and herbs are subjected to quality control and laboratory testing for harmful elements, parasites or fungi. The required purity, potency and quality of the supplements, medicines and oils is assured.
